Proactive Concierge provides individualized support and coaching when you need another perspective, help preparing for something difficult, or simply a trusted thought partner.
Concierge support might include:
- Preparing for a difficult conversation or meeting
- Thinking through a personnel, leadership, or organizational decision
- Individualized coaching for superintendents and administrators
- Preparing for a board, parent, employee, or community conversation
- Reviewing a communication, presentation, or plan before it goes out
- Working through a new role, leadership transition, or challenging situation
- Asking the question we all occasionally need to ask: “Am I missing something?”
